Publish the story once, share it everywhere

Your newsroom already writes the story. FoPost watches your feed or CMS, drafts a version for each network, and either schedules it around your peak times or waits for an editor to approve. The archive keeps working too.

An automation that shares new articles to connected networks

Feed to Every Network

A new item in your RSS feed or WordPress site becomes a post on every account you choose.

Headline per Network

AI rewrites the headline as a hook for one network and a summary for another, in your voice.

Peak-Time Scheduling

Posts land when your readers are on, not when the story happened to be filed.

Connect

Plug in the feed or the CMS

Point an automation at your RSS feed, or install the free WordPress package and every published post reaches FoPost directly. Newsletters and other CMSs use the same RSS trigger, the REST API, or the PHP and Laravel packages.

Automation triggers and actions for a publisher

RSS Trigger

Any feed, polled by background workers, fires an automation on each new item.

WordPress Package

Free plugin that shares posts as they publish, with per-network options.

REST API

Custom CMSs post through the same endpoint the dashboard uses.

Rewrite

One headline does not fit every network

The rewrite action turns the article title and excerpt into a version for each network: a thread that teases the reporting, a short caption with the link, a longer summary where the network allows it. A saved brand voice keeps the tone consistent across desks, and a credit ceiling per automation keeps the AI spend predictable.

An article shared as a different post for each network

Rewrite Action

AI rewrites the headline and summary per network inside the automation.

Brand Voice

One voice per publication or section, applied to every rewrite.

Credit Ceiling

Cap what any single automation can spend on AI per run.

Schedule

Post at peak, or hold for the desk

Choose whether an automation publishes immediately, schedules into your next peak slot, or drops the draft into the calendar for an editor to approve. Breaking news goes straight out on your say-so; features wait for the morning audience. Evergreen recycling keeps the archive in rotation on quiet days.

Calendar Control

Every automated post is visible and movable on the same calendar.

Editor Approval

Require sign-off before an automated post can publish.

Evergreen Recycling

Queue the archive with repost rules so old hits keep pulling readers.

Measure

See which stories travel

Post analytics per network show which stories, sections, and headline styles earn clicks and shares. Label posts by desk or series to compare them, export the numbers for the editorial meeting, or ask FoPost Agent which pieces did best this week.

Publishers questions, answered

Does every article post automatically?

Only if you set the automation to publish. You can also have it schedule a draft or wait for an editor to approve. Nothing publishes without an action you configured or confirmed.

Which CMSs are supported?

Anything with an RSS feed works through the RSS trigger. WordPress has a free package, and PHP and Laravel packages plus the REST API cover custom systems.

Can I share one story to some networks but not others?

Yes. Each automation targets the accounts you pick, so a sports feed can go to different accounts than the business desk.

How does the AI rewrite know our style?

Save a brand voice with your tone and rules. Every rewrite action uses it, and you can keep a separate voice per publication.

How is AI usage controlled?

Each automation has a credit ceiling. When it is reached the automation stops spending until you raise it. Sharing without the rewrite action uses no credits.

Can we recycle old articles?

Yes. Add evergreen pieces to a recycling queue with rules for how often and where they repost.
