Accounts are metered daily, so connecting or disconnecting mid-month is prorated automatically, and you get one itemized invoice at the end of the month.

Each connection counts as one account — a Facebook Page, an Instagram account, and a TikTok account are one each. Connecting the same profile in two workspaces is two connections. Disconnect one and it stops counting from that day.

You get a $15 usage credit each month against your connected-account and storage fees. It is applied automatically to your invoice and refreshes every month.

X charges for its API, so every post, analytics sync, and DM made through a connected X account carries a real cost that we pass through as you use it. There is no fixed monthly fee for an X account and it never uses one of your free account slots. Instead, each API call is metered, from $0.005 for a read up to $0.2 for a post with a URL, and comes out of the same prepaid balance as AI, so a payment method is required before connecting. Your monthly spend cap applies to X usage like everything else.
