People are talking about you. Radar hears it.

Most of what gets said about your product never tags you. Radar searches public posts for your brand, your competitors, and the words your buyers use, sorts each mention by what it is and how it feels, and puts the ones worth answering first. Reply, save the praise, or work the lead from the same place you publish.

The cost of not listening

The conversation about you is happening without you.

Someone asked Reddit which tool to pick in your category. Three competitors answered. You found the thread a month later, after it went quiet.

A bug report went out on Bluesky without tagging you. It collected replies from people seeing the same thing, and support heard about it last.

A customer posted a glowing review of you last spring. Nobody saved it, so the best testimonial you ever got is buried somewhere in a feed.

Is this for you?

Honest fit check

For you if

  • People discuss your product or category on X, Reddit, Bluesky, Mastodon, YouTube, or Lemmy, and you only see what tags you.
  • You want to catch bugs, complaints, and buying questions while they can still be answered.
  • You watch a few competitors and want to know what people say about them, not only what they post.

Not for you if

  • You need years of historical data or coverage of news sites and blogs. Radar searches recent public posts on the networks it supports.
  • You need LinkedIn or Threads listening today. Both are coming soon.
  • You need a mention the second it is posted. Trackers run on the schedule you pick, with a manual refresh in between.
What's inside

Every mention found, sorted, and followed up.

Listening only pays off when it ends in an action. Radar is built around what you do after a mention lands, not just how many there were.

Trackers for what matters

Track your brand, a competitor, a keyword, a hashtag, a community such as a subreddit, or a link. Each tracker runs every 6 hours, every 12 hours, or daily, and Refresh runs it now.

Sorted before you read it

AI sorts each mention as a bug, complaint, question, praise, idea, false claim, buying intent, or off topic, plus categories you add, and scores sentiment and urgency. Filter the feed down to what needs you.

Follow up where you found it

Reply from your connected account, starting from an AI draft if you like. Follow a thread to pull in new replies, assign a mention to a teammate, add notes, and set its status.

Insights, not just a list

Volume over time with spikes marked, sentiment, categories, top voices, and share of voice between your brand and the competitors you track.

Leads and testimonials

Posts that show buying intent become scored leads with a drafted first message you send yourself. Praise can be saved as a testimonial and reused as a source for new posts.

Alerts that reach you

Hear about new mentions, urgent mentions, and negative spikes in the app, by email, or on Telegram, plus a weekly Radar email.

How it works

From a keyword to a reply

01

Connect an account

Radar searches through the accounts you connected. There is no scraping and nothing to install.

02

Add a tracker

Pick what to track: your brand, a competitor, a keyword, a hashtag, a community, or a link. Choose how often it runs.

03

Mentions land sorted

New mentions arrive in one feed, sorted by category, sentiment, and urgency. Alerts fire for the ones you asked to hear about.

04

Act on it

Reply, follow the thread, assign it, save it as a testimonial, or work it as a lead. A reply goes out only when you send it.

vs the alternatives

Why this beats searching by hand.

Three ways teams find out what people say about them. Only one puts the reply next to the mention.

Searching each network by hand

What most teams do

  • Happens when someone remembers, not on a schedule.
  • No sorting, so a bug report looks like any other post.
  • No history, so a spike is invisible.

An enterprise listening suite

What large brands buy

  • Priced for a marketing department, not a small team.
  • Weeks of setup before the first useful report.
  • Lives apart from where you actually publish.

What you actually want

  • Add a tracker and mentions arrive on a schedule.
  • Sorted by category, sentiment, and urgency.
  • Reply, assign, save, or work the lead in one place.
  • Same workspace as your composer, calendar, and inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Which networks does Radar search?

X, Reddit, Bluesky, Mastodon, YouTube, and Lemmy today, plus Instagram hashtags with an Instagram Business account. LinkedIn and Threads are coming soon. Radar searches through your connected accounts, so connect one on each network you want covered.

How is this different from the inbox?

The inbox collects comments, replies, and mentions of your own handle. Radar searches public posts for your brand, competitors, keywords, hashtags, communities, and links, including posts that never tag you.

How often do trackers run?

Every 6 hours, every 12 hours, or daily, chosen per tracker. Refresh runs a tracker right away when you cannot wait.

Does Radar ever post for me?

No. A reply goes out only when you click send, even when AI drafted it. Lead messages are drafted for you to send yourself.

Can I add my own categories?

Yes. Custom categories sit next to the built-in ones, and AI sorting uses them too.

Where does competitor tracking live?

Inside Radar. A competitor tracker shows what people say about them and your share of voice against them, and the benchmark tab compares their accounts with yours.

Can the agent use Radar?

Yes. The FoPost Agent can read and manage Radar within its workspace, and a Radar Mention trigger can start a workflow.

Does this count as AI usage?

Sorting mentions and AI drafts are billed as AI usage, like any other AI action.
