Does your reformer studio run evening classes? My team wants to book a private session for 6 next week.

Hi Maya! Yes, evening classes run Mon to Thu, 7pm and 8pm. Private sessions for 6 are $480 for 50 minutes. Want me to send next week's open slots?

The cost of replies living in five tabs

The reply you missed was a $5K customer.

Someone asked about your pricing under a post from Tuesday. You saw it four days later, because you only open that tab when you are posting to it.

Your comment-to-reply gap is measured in days. The algorithm notices, and quietly stops pushing your posts to the people who used to engage with them.

You replied twice to the same person because you couldn't remember whether you'd answered on X or on Bluesky. They screenshotted both.

Is this for you?

Is the inbox for you?

For you if

  • You post to X, Bluesky, or Mastodon and the replies matter as much as the posts
  • You manage a community across multiple platforms and the reply cadence matters
  • You're an agency replying for clients and need per-client message isolation
  • You ship to 3+ platforms and the comment-to-reply gap is killing your engagement

Not for you if

  • You need DMs. The inbox covers comments, replies, and mentions. Direct messages are not in it.
  • Your platforms are all still pending. Check the list below before you plan around it.
  • You need a full helpdesk with SLA tracking, queue workflows, and macros across email, social, and chat. We are an inbox, not a Zendesk.
What's inside

Inbox zero, for social.

Everything people say to you in one list, triaged the way a real inbox should be, with AI drafts that sound like you rather than like a chatbot.

One list, every connected account

Comments on your posts, replies in the thread, and mentions of your handle, pulled from every connected account that supports it and sorted newest first. One platform going quiet does not stop the others.

AI replies in your voice

Ask for a suggested reply on any item and it drafts against your Brand Voice profile and the thread it is answering. Edit before sending or send as-is. It costs AI credits only when you ask for one.

Snooze, resolve, or leave unread

Real inbox semantics. Snooze an item to a time you pick and it drops out of the list until then, resolve it to clear it, or leave it unread as a to-do. Inbox zero is actually achievable.

Reply without leaving

Send from the thread and the reply posts to the original platform exactly as it would natively. The item is marked replied, with a link to your reply on the platform.

It stays fresh on its own

A background poll sweeps your connected accounts every ten minutes, and refreshing by hand pulls the latest immediately. Items are matched on their platform id, so re-polling never duplicates a comment.

Scoped per workspace

Each workspace has its own inbox, so an agency reading for client A never sees client B's replies. Viewers can read, editors and up can reply and triage.

How it works

Connect. Triage. Reply.

01

Connect platforms

Same OAuth flow as cross-posting. The inbox starts reading comments, replies, and mentions on the accounts whose platforms support it, reaching back a week on the first sweep.

02

Items flow in

A background poll sweeps every ten minutes, and Refresh pulls immediately when you want it now. Nothing is duplicated on a re-poll, because each item is matched on its platform id.

03

Triage the list

Filter by unread, by type, or by account. Snooze what can wait to a time you pick, resolve what is handled, leave the rest unread. The unread count follows you around the app.

04

Reply without leaving

Ask for an AI draft in your Brand Voice, edit it, and send. The reply posts to the original platform exactly as it would natively, and the item is marked replied with a link to it.

vs the alternatives

Why this beats checking five apps and missing the good one.

Three ways founders handle social replies today. Only one of them puts the replies next to the posts that caused them, at solo-founder pricing.

Native apps, one per platform

What most founders do today

  • 5 apps, 5 notification streams, 5 places to forget.
  • You only check the ones you remember to check.
  • Reply latency is 2 to 4 days on the platforms you check less.
  • You miss the reply that was a real customer.

Sprout Social or Hootsuite Inbox

What enterprise teams pay for

  • $99 to $249 a month per user. Built for marketing teams of 10+.
  • Setup takes a day. Onboarding call required.
  • No AI reply suggestions in your voice, just template macros.
  • Broader platform coverage, at roughly ten times the price.

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms feed the inbox?

X, Bluesky, Mastodon, and Reddit today, plus article comments from WordPress, DEV.to, and Hashnode, covering comments, replies, and mentions. Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube are built but waiting on platform approval to read that data. Connect any account and the inbox tells you where it stands rather than leaving you guessing.

Does it include DMs?

No. The inbox covers comments on your posts, replies in the thread, and mentions of your handle. Direct messages are a separate permission on most platforms and are not in it today.

Can I reply in the inbox or does it kick me to the platform?

You reply from the thread. It posts to the platform exactly as if you'd typed it there, the item is marked replied, and it keeps a link to your reply so you can open it natively if you want to.

How fresh is it?

A background sweep polls your connected accounts every ten minutes, and Refresh pulls immediately when you cannot wait. The first sweep on a new account reaches back a week so you are not starting from an empty list.

How do AI reply suggestions work?

Open an item and ask for a draft. It writes against your Brand Voice profile and the thread it is answering, then you edit, send, or ignore it. It only runs when you ask, and it draws on your existing AI credit balance.

Does it support team assignment?

Not yet. Triage today is snooze, resolve, and unread, shared across everyone in the workspace. Viewers can read the inbox; editors and above can reply and change state. Per-person assignment is a roadmap item.

Can I integrate with helpdesk tools like Front, Intercom, or Zendesk?

Not directly yet. The inbox is readable through the API with the inbox scope, so you can pull items into your own tooling. Native two-way sync with Front, Intercom, and Zendesk is on the roadmap.

Does it cost extra?

No. The inbox is part of your plan rather than a separate subscription. The only thing that spends anything is an AI reply draft, which comes out of your existing AI credit balance and only when you ask for one.

What about spam and trolls?

Resolve clears an item out of the list for good, which handles most of it. There is no keyword muting or sender blocking inside FoPost yet, so blocking an account still happens on the platform itself.
