Slack
Messages to a channel, by webhook or an installed app.
Slack connects two ways, and the way you pick decides what the connection can do.
Connecting
- Incoming webhook: paste a webhook URL in Accounts → Connect → Slack. Simplest, write-only: it can post messages and nothing else.
- OAuth: install the FoPost app into the workspace and pick a channel. This unlocks file uploads, thread replies, deletion, and reading reactions back.
Either way you need permission to add integrations in the workspace.
What you can publish

Messages render in Slack formatting: a bold title, the body, and a Read more link when the post has one. On an OAuth connection, thread blocks publish as replies in the message's thread; a webhook cannot thread.
Analytics
On an OAuth connection, FoPost reads back reactions and reply counts per message. A webhook connection reports nothing; it is write-only.
Deleting
Deleting the post in FoPost deletes the message, on an OAuth connection only. A webhook cannot delete what it posted.
