Listmonk

Turn a post into an email campaign on your own Listmonk instance.

Listmonk is a self-hosted newsletter server, and the FoPost connection turns a post into a campaign sent to one of its lists.

Publishing to Listmonk sends email immediately to everyone on the target list. There is no review step on the Listmonk side; the review is your FoPost schedule.

Connecting

Accounts → Connect → Listmonk, enter your instance address, an API user and its token, and the numeric ID of the list to send to. An optional sender override replaces the instance's default sender.

What you can publish

LimitValue
Body200,000 characters, rendered to HTML email
SubjectFrom the post title, or the first line of the body
MediaNot uploaded; images must be URLs in the body
Link and tagsNot supported as separate fields

Publishing creates the campaign and starts it in one motion. The post links to the campaign in your Listmonk admin.

Analytics

Per campaign: views and clicks, as Listmonk tracks them. Account-level: the target list's subscriber count.

Deleting

Deleting the post in FoPost deletes the campaign record from Listmonk. Email already delivered stays delivered; nothing can unsend it.
