Brands

Tone, style, colours, fonts, and assets that AI holds to.

A brand in FoPost is the whole identity, not just a writing style: how you sound, and what you look like.

Included with every account.

What a brand holds

Voice. Tone, vocabulary, things you say, things you never say, the reading level you aim at. This is what AI follows when it writes.

Visuals. Your colour palette and fonts, folded into anything generated for you.

Assets. Logos, product shots, people, and backgrounds, tagged by their role so a generator knows a logo is a logo.

Why it exists

Ask a generic AI for a post and you get generic output. Give it your voice and it produces something you would have written, which is the difference between a draft you edit and a draft you delete.

The other half is consistency across people. Three teammates and an agent writing from the same brand sound like one company.

Setting one up

Brands → New. Describe the tone in your own words, paste a few posts that sound right, list what to avoid. Add the palette and fonts, then upload the assets.

The examples do the most work. Two or three real posts beat a paragraph of adjectives.

The default

One brand per workspace is the default and is used whenever you do not pick one. A single-brand workspace sets it once and never thinks about it again; an agency picks per post.

Using it

Choose a brand when asking the agent or the composer for content. The voice shapes the writing, and the palette, fonts, and assets shape anything generated visually.

A request with no brand is untouched, so you can still ask for something off-brand deliberately.

People assets

An asset tagged as a person needs a consent attestation before it can be saved. That is not paperwork for its own sake: generating video of a person who has not agreed to it is the kind of thing that ends up in a lawsuit, and the attestation is where you confirm you have permission.
