The Calendar

The calendar is where the plan becomes visible. Month or week, every scheduled and published post in place, colour-coded.

Drag to reschedule

Move a post to a different day or slot by dragging it. Nothing else changes: the content, the accounts, and the per-network overrides come with it.

Colour by label

Labels colour the calendar, so a campaign, a client, or a content pillar is a colour rather than something you read post by post. Filter to one and the rest fades out.

The gaps are the point

A calendar that renders the whole month makes a four-day silence obvious in a way a list never does. That, and noticing you have queued five posts on Thursday and nothing on Tuesday, is most of what the view is for.

Filters

Filter by account, label, or status. Useful combinations:

• One client's label, to see only their month
• Status failed, to find what needs attention
• One account, to check you are not overposting on the network that punishes it

Status at a glance

Each slot shows where the post is: draft, scheduled, publishing, published, partially failed, or failed. Failures stand out rather than sitting quietly in a list.

Create in place

Click an empty slot to compose with that date and time already filled in. Faster than opening the composer and setting a time.

Unscheduled

Drafts with no date sit in a tray beside the calendar. Drag one into a slot to schedule it, which is the natural way to work through a backlog of half-finished ideas.

Several workspaces

The calendar is per workspace. An agency switches workspace to see one client at a time, which is the same isolation that stops a post ever landing on the wrong account.
