Workspaces

A hard boundary per brand or client, with its own team and keys.

A workspace holds accounts, posts, media, sources, brands, analytics, and members. Nothing crosses between them.

Real isolation

This is not a filter or a folder. Every request is checked against the workspace it names, and a workspace you do not belong to answers with a refusal whether you ask from the dashboard, an API key, or the agent. There is no privileged path that sees everything.

For an agency, that is the difference between "we are careful" and "it cannot happen".

What is per workspace

  • Connected accounts
  • Posts, drafts, and the calendar
  • Media library and sources
  • Brands
  • Labels
  • Analytics
  • Team members and their roles
  • API keys, when bound

Team and roles

Invite people per workspace. Someone on a client workspace sees that client and nothing else, so a contractor can be given exactly one account's worth of access.

Bound API keys

An API key can be bound to a single workspace. It then physically cannot reach another: naming one is refused, and listings return only its own.

That is the right shape for an integration built for one client. A bug in your code becomes a refusal rather than a post on the wrong account.

Switching

The switcher is at the top of the sidebar, and everything follows it: the calendar, the media picker, the inbox, analytics.

How many

Unlimited. Workspaces are free: pricing follows connected accounts, so organize by client or brand as finely as you like.

When to use one

A workspace per client, for an agency. Complete separation, its own team, its own key.

A workspace per brand, for a company running distinct brands that should not share a media library or a voice.

One workspace, for everyone else. Do not split what does not need separating.
