Team Collaboration
Invite people, set roles, and require approval before anything ships.
Inviting someone
- Settings → Team
- Invite Member
- Their email, their role, and which workspaces they get
- Send
They get an email invitation. Access begins when they accept, not when you send it.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace |
| Admin | Manage the team, connect accounts, publish, approve |
| Editor | Create, edit, and schedule. Posts go for approval when the workspace requires it |
| Viewer | Read posts, the calendar, and analytics. Change nothing |
Roles are per workspace, so the same person can be an admin on one client and a viewer on another. That is what makes a single account workable for an agency with contractors.
Approvals
A workspace can require approval before scheduled posts from editors go out. Turn it on in the workspace settings.
With it on: an editor writes and schedules, the post is held, an admin approves or sends it back. Nothing an editor writes reaches an audience unreviewed.
Leave it off for a team where everyone publishes. Turn it on the first time someone new joins.
The agent's drafts go through the same queue, so an AI-written post is reviewed exactly like a human-written one.
Seats
Team members are unlimited and free: pricing follows connected accounts, not people. Invite as many teammates as the work needs.
Workspaces are the stronger boundary
A role limits what someone can do. A workspace limits what they can see. For an agency, put each client in its own workspace and grant membership per client, rather than relying on people to be careful in a shared one.
Removing someone
Remove them from Settings → Team. Access ends immediately. Their posts and history stay: the work belongs to the workspace, not the person.
Revoke any API keys they created separately. Removing a member does not revoke a key.
