Inbox

Comments and mentions from every connected account, in one list.

Replies do not arrive in one place, which is why they go unanswered. The inbox is one list across every connected account.

What lands here

Comments and mentions from the networks that expose them. Networks differ in what they make available, so coverage is not uniform, and the inbox says which account an item came from rather than pretending it is all the same stream.

It refreshes on its own in the background.

Triage

Each item can be replied to, snoozed, resolved, or left unread. The list is a queue you empty, not a feed you scroll.

Snooze is the useful one: something that needs a real answer tomorrow stops cluttering today without being forgotten.

Replying

Reply from the inbox and it posts to the network. No tab switching, no logging into five apps.

AI replies

AI can draft a reply in your brand voice, which you edit before sending. It is a starting point for the twentieth "where do you ship to" of the day, not an autoresponder: nothing sends without you.

Drafting a reply is billed as AI usage, covered first by your free monthly credit.

Scoped per workspace

The inbox shows one workspace's accounts. An agency answering for three clients switches workspace, and cannot reply to the wrong client's audience by accident.
