- Instead of clicking Publish Now, click Schedule
- Pick a date and time
- Select your time zone
- Click Confirm Schedule
Your post will be published automatically at the scheduled time.
Content Calendar
The Calendar view gives you a visual overview of:
- Scheduled posts — upcoming posts waiting to be published
- Published posts — past posts that have gone live
- Drafts — unfinished posts you can schedule later
You can drag and drop posts on the calendar to reschedule them.
Best Practices
When to Post
The best posting times depend on your audience, but here are general guidelines:
| Platform | Best Times (Your Audience's Time Zone) |
|---|---|
| 11 AM – 1 PM, 7 PM – 9 PM | |
| Twitter / X | 8 AM – 10 AM, 12 PM – 1 PM |
| 7 AM – 8 AM, 12 PM, 5 PM – 6 PM | |
| 1 PM – 4 PM | |
| 8 PM – 11 PM |
Consistency
Regular posting keeps your audience engaged. Use the calendar to plan a consistent schedule — for example, 3 posts per week spread across different days.
