Dashboard Overview
The OwlStack dashboard at app.owlstack.app is your central hub for managing all your social media publishing. Here's what you'll find.
Home
Your dashboard home shows:
- Recent posts — what you've published recently and their status
- Upcoming scheduled posts — posts waiting to be published
- Quick stats — an overview of your publishing activity
- Quick actions — create a new post, view analytics, manage accounts
Navigation
| Section | What It Does |

| Posts | Create, edit, and manage your posts |
| Calendar | Visual calendar of your scheduled and published posts |
| Media Library | Upload and manage images, videos, and other media |
| Analytics | See how your posts are performing across platforms |
| AI Studio | Use AI to generate and optimize content |
| Social Accounts | Connect and manage your social media accounts |
| Team | Invite team members and manage permissions |
| Settings | Billing, API keys, and account settings |
Creating Content
From any page, click the New Post button to start creating. You can:
- Write your post content with a rich text editor
- Upload and attach media (images, videos, GIFs)
- Select which platforms to publish to
- Preview how your post will look on each platform
- Publish immediately or schedule for later
Managing Your Accounts
Go to Social Accounts to:
- Connect new social media platforms
- See the status of each connected account
- Disconnect accounts you no longer need
- Refresh connections if an authorization has expired
