Overview Dashboard
The analytics dashboard shows:
- Total posts published across all platforms
- Engagement metrics — likes, comments, shares, clicks
- Platform breakdown — how each platform is performing
- Trending content — your best-performing posts
Metrics
| Metric | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Impressions | How many times your post was seen |
| Engagement | Total interactions (likes, comments, shares) |
| Clicks | How many times people clicked your links |
| Engagement Rate | Engagement divided by impressions |
| Reach | Unique accounts that saw your post |
Filtering
You can filter analytics by:
- Date range — last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom
- Platform — see performance for a specific platform
- Post type — images, videos, text-only
Reports
Export your analytics data as CSV or PDF to share with your team or clients.
Platform-Specific Insights
Each platform provides different engagement data. OwlStack normalizes this data so you can compare performance across platforms in a single view.
